When will I receive my order?
With the exception of vintage items, all of our items are handmade in our shop, and due to demand, most are built to order. We will do our best to get your item sent to you in a timely manner, but keep in mind that handcrafting these items takes time, so please be patient! Small items (such as coat racks and organizers) typically ship in 2-3 weeks, and larger items (such as tables and podiums) typically ship in 4-6 weeks. We will send you a shipping notification when your order is on its way.
But I want my order now! Can't I get it any sooner?
If you need your order right away, let us know. Depending on our schedule, expedite services may be available for an additional fee. If we are able, we will work with you to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that this service is not always available, so plan ahead when you are ordering.
How will my order ship?
Small items typically ship via UPS Ground. Orders over $200 will require a signature at time of delivery. Transit times are usually between 1-5 days, depending on location.
What's the deal with freight?
Items too large or heavy to ship via UPS Ground will be delivered to you via UPS Freight on a full size tractor trailer. This type of shipping is different than standard UPS. You will be responsible for taking the products off the back of the truck and into your home or business. Our standard freight cost is for commercial delivery only - residential freight deliveries and liftgate services (where the item is lowered to the ground using a lift on the back of the truck) are available for an additional charge. We don't build freight costs into the price of our items in the interest of transparency. If you have questions regarding freight, please contact us before ordering.
Do you do custom work?
Yes! We are more than happy to do custom work for our customers - we have worked with homeowners, interior designers, bars, restaurants, retail shops, and more. This includes custom sizes, wood finishes / colors, materials, new designs, and more. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in a custom piece.
I got this awesome coat rack. Now, how do I put it on my wall?
We include screws and instructions for mounting with all of our wall-mounted items. Please check the packaging carefully for the screws. We package them in a small manila envelope, which will be attached to your item. If you lose them, you can use any 2 1/2" screw. We use 2 1/2" cabinet screws.
We recommend mounting directly to a wall stud - locate the stud, mark the stud locations on your item, drill pilot holes with a 1/8" bit right through the wood backer on your item, then send the screws into the pilot holes and secure the item to the stud. We use distressed wood and color matched screws, so the screws will blend right in. No stud? No problem. Follow the instructions in this video:
Can I use my items outside?
Even though we photograph many of them outdoors, our products are intended for interior use only. If you are looking for something to be used outside, please let us know, so we can discuss different finishes and care options.
I am a special snowflake. Will my item be like me?
Our products are unique - just like you. All of our inventory is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Due to the reclaimed and distressed materials we use, small scratches, dents, patina, and variations in color are NORMAL and add to the character of the products. No two items are exactly the same, and your item may vary slightly from the one pictured in the listing. Dimensions may vary +/- 3/8 inch.
